Start by using it 2-3 times per week in your evening routine, gradually building up frequency as your skin adapts. Beginners: Start with our Starter Retinol 2-3 times per week, applying in the evening only. Gradually increase to every other night, then nightly as tolerated. Always use SPF during the day. Experienced users: Our Advanced Retinal can typically be used 4-5 times per week initially, working up to nightly use. If transitioning from another retinol, start conservatively and adjust based on your skin's response. Remember: consistency matters more than frequency. Better to use retinol regularly at a lower frequency than inconsistently at higher doses.
