• After cleansing and hydrating with your chosen hydrator, apply a pea-sized amount of Redness Relief Solution with 10% Azelaic Acid and massage into to the face and neck.
• Follow with your preferred moisturiser.

  • We do not recommend using Azelaic Acid and AHAs (Glycolic Acid, Mandelic Acid, Apple Cider Vinegar), BHAs (Salicylic Acid, Beta Hydroxy Acid or C-50 Blemish Acid Treatment), PHA Toner or Retinols at the same time as this can lead to over exfoliation and sensitised skin, so alternate and use on different days. 
  • Redness Relief Solution with 10% Azelaic Acid is a specialized treatment that has been formulated for people with skin that feels irritated characterized by redness and blotchy uneven skin tone. For mild or occasional redness, we suggest using Glucoside Serum.

CAN I USE THIS LONG TERM? Yes, using Redness Relief Solution with 10% Azelaic Acid in the long term will help to reduce and maintain redness and inflammation.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE REDNESS RELIEF SOLUTION WITH 10% AZELAIC ACID? You can use this up to twice daily if desired. We recommend keeping consistent with your desired usage.

WHAT CAN I LAYER WITH THIS PRODUCT? Redness Relief Solution with 10% Azelaic Acid will fit easily in your skincare routine but we do not recommend to use Azelaic Acid and AHAs (Glycolic Acid, Mandelic Acid, Apple Cider Vinegar), BHAs (Salicylic Acid, Beta Hydroxy Acid or C-50 Blemish Acid Treatment), PHA Toner or Retinols at the same time as this can lead to over exfoliation and sensitised skin, so alternate and use on different days.

WHAT % OF AZELAIC IS IN THIS FORMULA? We use 10% Azelaic Acid in this formula.

CAN I USE THIS PRODUCT WITH RETINOL?  To avoid irritation, it is recommended to use Redness Relief Solution with 10% Azelaic Acid in a separate routine to Retinol. If you use Retinol, opt to use Redness Relief Solution with 10% Azelaic Acid in your AM routine and / or your PM routine when you are not using Retinol.

CAN I USE THIS PRODUCT WITH VITAMIN C? To avoid irritation, we recommend to use Redness Relief Solution with 10% Azelaic Acid in a separate routine to Vitamin C. If you use Vitamin C, opt to use Redness Relief Solution with 10% Azelaic Acid in your AM routine and / or your PM routine when you are not using Vitamin C.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS? For overall improvements and results in both inflammation and redness, with consistent use, it can take from 4 weeks to 3 months with more persistent concerns.

IS THIS PRODUCT PREGNANCY SAFE? Yes, you can safely use Redness Relief Solution with 10% Azelaic Acid during pregnancy and when breastfeeding.

IS THIS PRODUCT VEGAN? Yes.

WHAT IS THE PH LEVEL OF THIS PRODUCT? PH level 4 - 4.3

IS IT SUITABLE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN? Yes! This is suitable for sensitive skin, but we recommend to perform a patch test prior to introducing it into your skincare routine. Learn more about how to patch test here.

I HAVE ROSACEA, CAN I USE THIS? Yes, Redness Relief Solution with 10% Azelaic Acid is also suitable for those with Rosacea-Prone skin.

CAN I USE THIS WITH PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION? Please consult with a dermatologist or doctor if you are already using, or plan to use prescribed medication.

WHY IS IT GREEN? The formula contains Gardenia Extracts which are micro-fine colour particles. They temporarily neutralise the appearance of redness and irritated-looking skin. As this is a natural extract, the colour of the product may vary or change over time.
