HOW DO I LAYER THIS WITH MY MOISTURISER? Oils can be used alone as a last, moisturising step in your routine or layered on top of your favourite moisturiser. This is due density of the products, when layering you want to apply products from thinnest to thickest. Cream texture would not be able to penetrate through the oil.
CAN I LAYER IT WITH OTHER INGREDIENTS? Yes! You can safely use it with all other ingredients both AM and PM. What products should I not layer together? >
WHAT ARE THE BENFITS OF SQUALANE? Ensuring skin is hydrated is essential to healthy looking skin. Squalane is an extremely effective hydrator and helps lock moisture in. It's lightweight, non-greasy texture means it can be used in the AM and PM for all skin types. Why should I use a moisturising facial oil? >

IS THIS SUITABLE IF I HAVE OILY OR BLEMISH PRONE SKIN? We know it can sometimes seem a bit strange to put oils on oily skin, but facial oils can be really beneficial for those with oily or acne-prone skin, as well as those with dry skin. Rosehip Oil is non comedogenic so does not clog the pores.
HAS THIS GOT ANTIAGING PROPERTIES? Squalane is naturally produced by our bodies so using products with Squalane can help to reduce the appearance of fine lines.
MOISTURISERS VS OILS? WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?Moisturisers work to draw moisture into the skin and help lock it in. They usually have a high water content, anywhere from around 60-90%, and can work across a few layers of the skin. Facial oils work great on the surface layers of the skin, where your skin has natural oil content. They can help keep your skin barrier strong, working to further lock in moisture below while improving skin texture.
CAN I USE AN OIL AND MOISTURISER TOGETHER? Absolutely. When layering we suggest using your moisturiser first and following with your facial oil. In the AM, finish with SPF.
WHAT PLANT IS THIS DERIVED FROM? Squalane is sugar derived
WHAT IS THE PH LEVEL OF THIS PRODUCT? There is no PH level as this product is waterless
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS? Products using retinol can take up to six weeks to show results. This is how long it takes for your skin cells to turnover. Consistency is key, so apply regularly even if you’re not seeing the effects straight away. It can be very tempting to increase use of some products to try and see quicker results, don\'t overdo it though. More is not necessarily more, and overuse can cause irritation and sensitivity.
